The One‑Piece Threaded Ball Valve is a compact ball valve with monolithic one‑piece body and threaded connection structure. It mainly consists of body, ball, stem, seat, packing and lever‑handle components.
Featuring monolithic body construction, it has simple design, small dimension, light weight and easy installation, suitable for small‑to‑medium bore piping systems. The lever‑handle actuates the stem to rotate the ball by 90°, achieving fast opening and shut‑off of pipeline media.
Working Principle of One‑Piece Threaded Ball Valve：
Valve Opening: Manually rotate the lever handle, which turns the stem and drives the internal ball to rotate.When the ball bore is fully aligned with the pipeline centerline, the valve reaches the fully‑open position, and media flows smoothly through the straight through‑bore of the ball.
Valve Closing: Rotate the lever handle approximately 90°, the stem drives the ball to turn so that the ball bore is perpendicular to the pipeline centerline.The outer surface of the ball closely presses against the valve seat. Sealing is formed by seat pre‑load together with medium pressure to cut off media flow.
Manual ball valves are widely used on piping systems for fast opening and closing, to cut off or connect fluid media stably. Accurate parameter confirmation including working temperature, medium, pressure and caliber is required before ordering for correct valve selection. Customized solutions on valve size, pressure rating, connection standard and body material are available to meet diverse non-standard working conditions.（Unit: mm）
