The two‑piece threaded ball valve is a ball valve adopting two‑piece body construction and threaded end connections. It mainly consists of body, ball, stem, seat, packing and sealing components. The body is normally fabricated in stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials.
Working Principle of Two‑Piece Female Threaded Ball Valve：
Opening Process: Rotate the lever handle, which drives the stem to rotate and further actuates the ball. The valve reaches full‑open position when the ball bore aligns with the pipeline axis. Media flows through the straight through‑bore of the ball with low flow resistance.
Closing Process: Rotate the lever handle approximately 90°, the stem drives the ball to turn so that the ball bore stands perpendicular to the pipeline axis. The ball closely contacts the valve seat. Sealing is achieved under seat pre‑load and medium pressure to shut off media in the pipeline.
Manual ball valves are widely used on piping systems for fast opening and closing, to cut off or connect fluid media stably. Accurate parameter confirmation including working temperature, medium, pressure and caliber is required before ordering for correct valve selection. Customized solutions on valve size, pressure rating, connection standard and body material are available to meet diverse non-standard working conditions.（Unit: mm）
