By receiving a 4–20 mA signal from PLC/DCS control systems, the electro-pneumatic valve positioner precisely converts the electrical signal into pneumatic actuator movement, allowing accurate adjustment of the valve stem and regulating the flow area between the valve plug and seat.
The advanced closed-loop position control system continuously monitors valve travel and automatically corrects actuator output pressure, ensuring stable opening control and high-precision modulation of flow rate, pressure and other critical process parameters. With selectable fail-safe actuator functions, including Air-to-Open Fail Close and Air-to-Close Fail Open, the valve provides reliable protection against unexpected air supply interruption while maintaining hygienic process safety and operational stability.
