The Pneumatic Sanitary Control Valve is a high-performance hygienic control valve engineered for demanding clean process industries. Designed for pharmaceutical fluids, ultrapure water, food products, beverages, cosmetics and biotechnology applications, it delivers accurate and stable modulation of flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level through advanced pneumatic control technology.

Equipped with a 4–20 mA DCS/PLC control interface, the valve provides intelligent automatic regulation while meeting strict sanitary standards. The smooth mirror-polished flow passage, no dead-leg design and CIP/SIP sterilization compatibility ensure excellent hygiene performance, minimizing contamination risks and maintaining product quality throughout the process.

Ideal for sterile and high-purity applications, the valve is widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, bioprocess systems, food processing, beverage production, dairy plants, cosmetic production and purified water systems.

By receiving a 4–20 mA signal from PLC/DCS control systems, the electro-pneumatic valve positioner precisely converts the electrical signal into pneumatic actuator movement, allowing accurate adjustment of the valve stem and regulating the flow area between the valve plug and seat.

The advanced closed-loop position control system continuously monitors valve travel and automatically corrects actuator output pressure, ensuring stable opening control and high-precision modulation of flow rate, pressure and other critical process parameters. With selectable fail-safe actuator functions, including Air-to-Open Fail Close and Air-to-Close Fail Open, the valve provides reliable protection against unexpected air supply interruption while maintaining hygienic process safety and operational stability.
