The Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Bellows-Sealed Control Valve combines two key performance advantages: full fluoropolymer lining for superior corrosion resistance and a bellows-sealed valve stem for near-zero external leakage. The valve consists of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight-through, single-seat PTFE-lined valve body, providing reliable and precise automatic control for highly corrosive process media.

All wetted flow-path surfaces are fully lined with fluoropolymer materials, effectively isolating the valve body from corrosive fluids and extending service life in aggressive chemical environments. The valve stem is protected by a PTFE bellows sealing assembly, creating a reliable barrier against external leakage and preventing hazardous media from escaping through the stem sealing area.

Designed specifically for demanding applications involving strong acids, strong alkalis, toxic and volatile chemicals, this corrosion-resistant pneumatic control valve provides precise flow regulation while minimizing the risk of fugitive emissions, chemical leakage and environmental contamination.
