The ZZYVP Pilot-Operated Self-Operated Pressure Control Valve (also referred to as a Pilot-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve) requires no external power supply. It utilizes the energy of the controlled medium itself as the driving force. Through the built-in pilot regulator, the valve controls the position of the main valve plug, adjusting the flow rate through the valve and maintaining a constant downstream pressure (B Type) or upstream pressure (K Type).
The ZZYVP series is mainly designed for applications where the upstream pressure is relatively high (0.2–0.8 MPa) while the downstream pressure is extremely low (0.5–100 kPa), such as low-pressure control applications with a setting as low as 50 mmH₂O water column pressure.
The ZZYP-16KII pressure valve is primarily used in nitrogen relief systems (nitrogen venting systems) and is normally installed together with a nitrogen supply system. For standalone pressure regulation applications, the ZZVP self-operated pressure control valve is recommended as an alternative.

The ZZYVP Pilot-Operated Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve is an advanced energy-saving pressure control solution designed for high inlet pressure and ultra-low outlet pressure regulation applications. Unlike conventional control valves, it requires no external electricity, compressed air or auxiliary energy, utilizing the process medium itself to achieve automatic pressure control.
Equipped with a precision pilot control system, the valve provides highly sensitive pressure regulation by controlling the main valve opening and adjusting the medium flow rate. It is especially suitable for applications requiring stable low-pressure control, including nitrogen blanketing systems, nitrogen supply and relief systems, gas pressure control and industrial protection systems.
