The pneumatic three-piece threaded ball valve is a quarter-turn ball valve driven by a pneumatic actuator with a three-piece body structure and threaded end connections. It is mainly used for rapid on-off operation, medium shut-off and automatic control in industrial pipelines.

Featuring a detachable three-piece construction, the valve facilitates inspection, cleaning and seal replacement of internal components. Threaded connections at both ends are available in NPT, BSP, BSPT and other thread types to match piping requirements.

Working Principle of Pneumatic Three-Piece Threaded Ball Valve
The pneumatic three-piece threaded ball valve uses a pneumatic actuator as the drive unit. Clean compressed air enters the actuator, driving the internal transmission mechanism to produce 0°~90° quarter-turn torque and rotate the valve stem and ball core synchronously. The valve is fully open when the bore of the ball core aligns with the pipeline flow passage for normal medium flow; rotating the ball core by 90° blocks the passage to shut off the medium.

It can be equipped with solenoid valves, limit switches, air filter regulators and other accessories to realize remote control and valve position feedback. The single-acting actuator features an internal spring for automatic reset upon air loss to meet fail-safe requirements. The three-piece valve body allows easy disassembly for maintenance, and the threaded connection is suitable for standard industrial piping installation.
