The pneumatic three-piece clamp ball valve is a quarter-turn pneumatic ball valve featuring a three-piece body structure and Tri-Clamp connection. It is mainly applied in industrial piping systems that require fast on-off action, hygienic connections and convenient maintenance.

The valve consists of a three-piece valve body, ball core, valve stem, sealing assembly and pneumatic actuator. Compressed air drives the actuator to rotate the ball core at 0°~90°, realizing rapid shut-off and opening of fluid media.

The three-piece structure enables easy disassembly and maintenance. The Tri-Clamp connection eliminates complicated bolt dismounting procedures, making the valve particularly suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, bio-engineering, chemical and clean fluid system applications.

Working Principle of Pneumatic Three-Piece Tri-Clamp Ball Valve
The pneumatic three-piece clamp ball valve adopts a pneumatic actuator as the driving unit. Clean compressed air enters the actuator, driving the internal transmission mechanism to generate 0°~90° quarter-turn torque, and rotating the valve stem and ball core synchronously.

When the through hole of the ball core aligns with the pipeline flow passage, the valve opens fully for smooth medium flow. After the ball core rotates by 90°, the solid spherical surface blocks the flow passage to shut off the medium.

Fitted with solenoid valves, limit switches, air filter regulators and other accessories, the valve supports remote automatic on-off control and valve position signal feedback. The single-acting actuator is equipped with a built-in spring for automatic reset upon air loss to meet fail-safe requirements. The three-piece valve body and Tri‑Clamp connection facilitate disassembly for cleaning, inspection and seal replacement.
