Pneumatic Tilting Tank Bottom Discharge Valve is a pneumatic discharge valve specially installed at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks and pressure vessels. Adopting a tilting valve body structure, it forms a reasonable discharging angle between the valve flow passage and equipment bottom.
Driven by a pneumatic actuator, the valve plug can open or close rapidly to realize quick material discharge, shutoff and automatic control. The tilting flow passage reduces material retention and accumulation inside the valve cavity, making it especially suitable for high-viscosity, easily deposited, crystallizable media, as well as media containing solid particles or slurries.

Working Principle of Pneumatic Tilting Tank Bottom Discharge Valve
The pneumatic tilting tank bottom discharge valve adopts a pneumatic actuator as the driving unit to control the valve stem and valve plug.Clean compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator to drive the internal piston, lifting or lowering the inclined valve plug via the valve stem.
The inclined valve body connects smoothly with the tank bottom, minimizing dead space, medium sedimentation, crystallization and material buildup. Fitted with solenoid valves or positioners, it supports remote on-off control and flow regulation.
Pneumatic Shut‑off Ball Valve are 0‑90° rotary valves. They utilize pneumatic actuators to convert compressed air into rotary motion, delivering fast and reliable valve opening and closing for industrial process control.
According to specific application requirements, pneumatic ball valves can be equipped with solenoid valves, limit switches, position feedback devices, air filter‑regulators, valve positioners and other pneumatic instrument accessories to realize automatic valve control and remote monitoring functions.
