Product details

Pneumatic Eccentric Semi‑Ball Valve is a rotary‑type valve driven by a pneumatic actuator with an eccentric semi‑ball structure. The pneumatic actuator rotates the valve stem to turn the semi‑ball around the stem axis, achieving fast on‑off, shut‑off and flow regulation of process media.

Thanks to the eccentric design, the semi‑ball creates minimal friction against the seat during opening and closing. It features low operating torque, reliable sealing, excellent wear resistance and long service life. With a generally smooth flow passage, it is especially suitable for industrial piping systems handling complex media such as particles, slurry, wastewater, coal slurry and ash residue.

Pneumatic eccentric semi‑ball valves can be equipped with solenoid valves, limit switches, air filter‑regulator units, valve positioners and handwheel mechanisms. They can also be connected to automation control systems including PLC and DCS to realize remote automatic control.

Working Principle of Pneumatic Eccentric Semi‑Ball Valve:
