Pneumatic V‑Port Ball Valve is a high‑performance rotary ball valve driven by a pneumatic actuator. Compressed air drives the valve stem and V‑notched ball core to rotate, achieving quick on‑off action, flow regulation and automatic control of process media. Compared with standard ball valves, the V‑notched ball core features a special V‑cut notch, which creates a gradually increasing flow area during opening for more accurate and stable flow regulation.
According to diverse automation control requirements, pneumatic V‑port ball valves can be equipped with solenoid valves, valve positioners, limit switches, air filter‑regulator units (FRL) and position feedback devices. They can be connected to control systems including PLC, DCS and SCADA to realize remote control, automatic modulation and valve position feedback.
Pneumatic V‑port ball valves are widely used in chemical, petroleum, natural gas, power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, paper‑making and industrial automation sectors.
