The pneumatic four-way flanged ball valve is a multi-port ball valve featuring a four-way flow passage structure, flanged end connection and pneumatic actuator drive. It is primarily used for media diversion, confluence, flow reversal and multi-channel fluid switching control in industrial piping systems.

The valve body adopts a special four-way ball core internally. Rotation of the ball core changes the communication status between different flow passages to achieve various flow direction combinations as required by the process. Equipped with a pneumatic actuator, the valve enables fast and reliable automatic reversing and flow path switching.

Working Principle of Pneumatic Four-Way Flanged Ball Valve
The pneumatic four-way flanged ball valve is driven by a pneumatic actuator. When clean compressed air is supplied to the actuator, it rotates the valve stem and four-way ball core by 90 degrees. Thanks to the special internal passage layout of the four-way ball core, rotating the ball core switches the communication state between each port to realize medium reversing, diversion or confluence. L-type and X-type flow paths are available according to selection to meet different process flow logic.

The valve can be equipped with solenoid valves, limit switches and other accessories for remote automatic control and valve position feedback. If a single-acting actuator is selected, the spring will automatically reset upon air loss to ensure process safety.
