The pneumatic forged steel soft-seated ball valve adopts an integral forged steel body with high structural strength, no casting porosity, and excellent pressure and temperature resistance. Equipped with a double-acting pneumatic actuator, it is designed for automatic on-off control under high-pressure, high-temperature and high-reliability working conditions.

The soft-seated design achieves bubble-tight zero leakage, widely used for medium shut-off and control in petroleum, chemical, power, natural gas and other severe industrial environments.

Working Principle of Pneumatic Forged Steel Soft-Sealed Ball Valve (Double Acting)
The double-acting pneumatic actuator operates with bidirectional air supply, driving the valve stem and ball core to rotate through a 90° angular stroke. To open the valve, air is supplied to one side; to close the valve, air is supplied in the reverse direction. The entire operation is pneumatically driven, delivering fast opening/closing response, stable performance, and precise positioning.

The valve achieves zero leakage in the fully closed position through the tight contact between the precision-machined ball and the soft seat. With no spring-return mechanism, the double-acting design relies entirely on air pressure to complete both opening and closing actions, making it ideal for high-frequency and continuous automated control applications.

The actuator can be equipped with accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switches, and pressure-reducing valves to enable remote automated control and valve position signal feedback.

This valve features a dense, integrally forged steel body, offering excellent pressure resistance, high-temperature capability, and impact strength. Combined with a soft-seated design, it achieves zero-leakage shutoff.
