The ZZYP Self-Operated Pressure Control Valve is an advanced self-regulating pressure control valve that requires no external power source, compressed air or electrical energy. It utilizes the pressure energy of the process medium itself to automatically regulate and maintain a constant upstream pressure (before the valve) or downstream pressure (after the valve), providing an efficient and energy-saving solution for automatic pressure control systems.
With its self-actuated operating principle, the valve automatically responds to pressure fluctuations and adjusts the throttling opening to stabilize system pressure without additional control instruments. The ZZYP Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve is an ideal energy-saving product widely used for steam pressure maintenance and stabilization. It is also suitable for automatic pressure reducing and stabilizing control of non-corrosive gases and low-viscosity liquids (downstream pressure control), as well as pressure relief and upstream pressure stabilization applications.

The Self-Operated Pressure Control Valve is available in two configurations: K Type for upstream pressure control and B Type for downstream pressure control. Both designs operate automatically by utilizing the pressure energy of the process medium, eliminating the need for external power supply, pneumatic signals or electrical actuators.
The K Type Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve maintains stable inlet pressure by automatically opening when upstream pressure exceeds the preset value, providing reliable pressure relief and stabilization.
The B Type Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve controls outlet pressure by automatically reducing valve opening when downstream pressure rises above the set point, ensuring consistent downstream pressure regulation.
